Tokyo Olympics: BMX rider Connor Fields ‘doing well’ after brain bleed in crash

Connor Fields’ father says the Rio 2016 gold medallist is “doing well” after he suffered a brain haemorrhage in a crash in the Olympic BMX semi-final.
